Agency CSR
Our growing Katy insurance agency needs an experienced Customer Service Representative.
A minimum of 2 years in a CSR position is required and we would prefer 5 or more years experience. Please do not
apply if you do not meet this requirement.
The ideal candidate would have experience writing and servicing BOP's, Commercial Auto and High Value personal
lines policies. Our agency direction is to target specific commercial risks and our personal lines offerings focus on
writing accounts with homes valued at or above $750,000.
You should be detail oriented, marketing minded and able to manage and grow our book of business. You will be
responsible for the sale and service of our product offerings. You must be able to work independently and possess
good problem solving skills. We offer a competitive salary, a generous bonus program and a great work

consist of agency or carrier experience. The ideal candidate should have experience selling or underwriting
